Lavasoft Goes Live
You've seen our post about the live chat service that is now available with our technical support team. We also recently had several live chat sessions with our beta testers and some well-respected computer users from various online forums. It gave us a great opportunity to directly speak with the Ad-Aware community and we took away a good amount of information to process and integrate with our future development. This was just the beginning of opening the lines directly with our users, providing you with the opportunity to speak directly with our CTO and development team. And we're looking forward to many more!
I am unable to either update
I am unable to either update or scan with my Free Anniversary Edition . I have used this program for some time and this is the first time I have had problems. The last time I successfully updated and scanned was September 29.
I have just contributed to the MyLavasoft community.
