How to Remove Scorpion Saver Ads and Coupons
Scorpion Saver is classified by many antivirus programs as adware; in most cases it installs on a computer without asking permission from user. You may catch it while downloading free programs or fake software updates coming to your PC. You can easily check whether you have it installed by opening your browser’s extensions list.
If you do find one, you will notice for sure injects of excessive advertisement coupons and banners offering you to buy different products mostly on social network and shopping related websites.
Scorpion Saver collects your personal data and monitors your browsing activity, as well as records the domain name of each page you view. Here are permissions this add-on asks you for, if enabled:
Moreover, it may additionally install another adware called Level Quality Watcher (by Adpeak, Inc.) that automatically runs itself with every Windows logon taking away your PC performance.
Some browsers, Mozilla Firefox, for example, have specific security settings that prevent you from having similar add-ons installed witout you permission. So if you have these options turned on, you won’t be affected unless you allow this plug-in installation manually. But Firefox usually blocks this: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/blocked/i539
