After you successfully proceeded with the installation you will realize that your start page was changed to web search by default and you can see annoying pop-ups, and another unwanted stuff installed.

Remove EZ Downloader and its related software with Ad-Aware

1.    Click here to download and install Ad-Aware Free Antivirus.

2.    Update the definition files.

3.    Run a full scan of your computer.  It will remove all the malicious files from your computer.
 

To prevent infection of your computer always use Antivirus software, choose custom installation and download files from trusted sources only.

According to detection ratio on virustotal.com website - 29 /50 Antivirus programs detect this installer.  Ad-Aware Free Antivirus detects it as Application.Agent.EE.  This means if you have already Antivirus installed on your PC (1 of 29 from the list) it won’t even let you to install that malware.

Manual removal*

1.    Terminate malicious process(es) (How to End a Process With the Task Manager):No processes have been created.

4.    Clean the Temporary Internet Files folder, which may contain infected files (How to clean Temporary Internet Files folder).

5.    Reboot the computer.
