Podcasts are great for a number of reasons, one being that people in different locations in the world can co-host a show (which is a lot harder to do with video for obvious reasons).

This is the case with Billy (US) and Aaron (UK). Their joint effort, the Daily Freeware Podcast, recently reviewed Ad-Aware 2007 Free and liked it. Just like Ad-Aware, their podcast is available 24/7 and all over the world, defying the boundaries of time and space (please excuse the nerdy sci-fi reference).

Internet brings a lot of good things, for the rest there is always Ad-Aware.
