It's good to know that all accounts -- including mine, I presume -- have been upgraded to use the new Support Center. But how do you use the new Support Center?
How do I access my account?
When I try to run AdAware Anniversary edition, which has been downloaded and sits among my programs, it opens on the Lavasoft logo, says "loading", and freezes.
There is probably a simple solution but I don't know what it is, nor do I see any way of finding out at Lavasoft's home page.
The blog is reassuring psychologically but not nearly specific enough. I can "access all your downloads and manuals from a single page" and "handle your licenses and serial keys easier." Fine.
How?

when you log into the support center you should see a link on the left menu which says "contact support". Click it. Then enter your query on the form on that page.
