If you have a valid Ad-Aware Plus or Pro license and would like to move it over to a new or different computer, you'll need to reset the serial number that is currently registered to the old computer.

To do this, first log-in to our Support Center and browse to your Support Center Account under "My Licenses". Here you will see all of your license listed, go to the license you want to reset (or move), and click on the blue round arrow button to reset it (see image below). Allow a moment for the reset to complete.

You can then go to "My Downloads", download the latest installer for Ad-Aware, run it on the new computer to install and finally register with your serial number.

If you don't have the serial number, you will be able to see it where you clicked the reset button.
