Technical Support - delayed responses
Due to technical problems with our email ticketing system, we have had problems responding to technical support inquiries from yesterday evening until this morning.
Estimated downtime: April 6, 1 PM - April 7, 10 AM (Central European Time)
Some (not all) replies to emails and technical inquiries that was sent to us during this time was delayed.
The problem has been resolved and the system works fine again. We have processed any delayed email tickets and you should have received a reply from us by now.
