The Ad-Aware update server is currently under a lot of stress which is causing updates to run slower then usual.
Please be patient, do not cancel the update and let the download finish.

The update may take a long time but if you cancel and retries; the update will only start from scratch again and what you have downloaded so far will be discarded. Constantly retrying will only put more stress on the servers.

We expect this issue to be resolved shortly.
